4. Subscription and Payment

Founding Member Pricing

Founding members receive special pricing of $49/month, locked in for life. After the first 200 founding members, pricing will increase to $79/month for new subscribers.

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• Prices may change for new subscribers only
• No refunds except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with others
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Distribute copyrighted materials without permission
• Harass or abuse other community members
• Attempt to reverse engineer our tools
• Use automated tools to access the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, templates, and tools, remains the property of Unfireable Project Ltd. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal learning purposes only.

7. Community Guidelines

Our community is built on mutual respect and learning. Members must:

• Treat other members with respect
• Share knowledge constructively
• Respect confidentiality of community discussions
• Follow moderator guidance

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Compatibility with all devices
• That AI tools will remain available

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfireable Project Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
